This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and BizTrack LLC for the use of the BizTrack wholesale tracking software and associated services. By using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. License Grant: BizTrack LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, subscription-based license to use the Software.
2. Restrictions: You may not: Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. Rent, lease, or sell the Software. Use the Software for any illegal activities.
3. Support and Updates: BizTrack LLC offers support for the Software indefinitely. Updates to the Software will be provided as and when available.
4. Termination: BizTrack LLC may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
5. Limitation of Liability: BizTrack LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your use of the Software. BizTrack LLC is not liable for any damages caused by inaccurate data provided by the Software.
6. Governing Law: This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
